As a longtime resident of New Hope, Pa., in the very heart of Bucks County, Michael Richardson is a seasoned real estate professional who has facilitated the sales of countless historical homes, new construction, restaurants and inns. Michael is extremely familiar with property inventory and the real estate outlook for Bucks County, the Lehigh Valley, Philadelphia and its Main Line, and eastern and central areas of New Jersey. Michael is from the Atlanta area and was trained as a landscape designer while attending The University of South Carolina. He owned his own landscape design business in Columbia, S.C., before he was solicited and accepted a job as a project manager and director of real estate acquisitions (commercial and residential) for a company based in Princeton, N.J., where he worked for more than 14 years. Michael’s passion for landscaping and historical homes allows for a perfect transition to Kurfiss Sotheby’s International Realty. He also volunteers his time and talent on various local boards, including: New Hope Historical Society; Solebury Township Aquetong Spring Advisory Committee; President of the Phillips Mill Community Arts Association; Board President of Fieldstone Homeowners’ Association; and Team Captain of the New Hope Historical Society Garden Tour. Michael has consistently ranked in the top 10 for annual sales volume since joining Kurfiss Sotheby’s International Realty in 2002. He specializes in commercial and residential real estate and is a licensed Realtor in PA and NJ, has a Certified Negotiation Expert designation and has adapted his business to use technology in both his transactions and the marketing of client properties.
