Olivia has been marketing luxury properties since 1979. She was the #1 agent at Merrill Lynch Realty in the 1980s among 16,500 sales associates nationwide. She completed an international real estate study at University of Oxford in 1990, founded Decker Bullock Realty with Bill Bullock in 1991, acquired Sotheby's International Realty franchise in 2007, and changed the name to Golden Gate Sotheby's International Realty. Currently. Her company is #4 among Sotheby's International Realty affiliates worldwide by sales volume with sales of $5.91 billion in 2020.
Olivia has handled over $3.2 billion properties in her career with unique sales ability and connection to affluent clientele. She combines the Sotheby's International Realty's global network and her vast local, national and international connections she developed over 40 years. She consistently matches the extraordinary homes with extraordinary buyers. She is also a real estate investor, among other properties, she owned, restored and sold Chateau de Grimaldi in Aix-en-Provence and Chateaux de Villette in Paris, France. Currently she owns four luxury homes in Belvedere and London.
She has been featured in over 50 publications including The Wall Street Journal, New York Times, International Herald Tribune, Sunday Times (London), San Francisco Chronicle, Bloomberg News, Robb Report, LP-Luxury Property, San Francisco Business Times, as well as CNN and ABC News Nightline and many others. She is a regular speaker in various luxury real estate conferences including China International Luxury Property Show, Monaco Wealth Forum, Inman Connect San Francisco, New York and Beverly Hills, Luxury Real Estate International Symposium in Venice, Munich, Barcelona, London, Milan and Luxembourg, the Real Deal Property Show & Forum in Shanghai as well as Haute Residence Luxury Real Estate Summit New York and Miami. Olivia is a member of Who's Who Luxury Real Estate and Haute Residence, a member of Board of Directors of San Francisco Opera Guild since 1995, a member of Corinthian Yacht Club since 1980 and a member of Board of Directors of Festival Napa Valley.
