Description

A native of Salt Lake City, Marc Coulam is a veteran real estate professional who has been helping clients buy and sell real estate in Utah for over 50 years. Before beginning his real estate career, Marc attended the University of Utah and earned a BS in Finance. After graduating, he went on to receive an MBA from the University of Phoenix. Today Marc is an Associate Broker with Summit Sotheby’s International Realty and has been a licensed REALTOR® in Utah continually since 1971. Marc boasts extensive experience in all areas of Utah’s fast-paced real estate industry and is also backed by a professional brokerage offering a true global reach. Because of this, Marc can provide his clients with a customized, luxury experience from start-to-finish.

Marc is deeply involved in all areas of both commercial and residential real estate; he boasts extensive knowledge of the Park City, Heber Valley, and Wasatch Front geographical areas. Marc has built a loyal client base and has been rewarded with the loyalty and friendship of many clients and an extensive network of fellow REALTORS® who appreciate his high standards and trust him with their referrals. Marc assists clients at all price points, but selling the homes, condos and ranch properties of the greater Park City area are his primary focus. He has closed transactions in counties across the state of Utah, and has additionally closed sales in both Jackson Hole, Wyoming and in Diggs and Ashton, Idaho.

Over the course of his lengthy career, Marc has completed over 1,000 real estate transactions—his ability to produce results for his clients, while managing expectations and educating those around him have provided numerous opportunities for leadership and management opportunities with major national real estate firms including Coldwell Banker, Prudential Utah, and Sotheby’s International Realty. He is a past Board member of the Park City Board of REALTOR® Board of Directors, serving as Director for three years and sitting on the Forms committee. Marc was voted the Salesman of the Year for the Wasatch County Board of Realtors® in 2003. During his time at Prudential Utah he received the coveted Chairman Circle Award—the highest award for sales for Prudential Real Estate. While working at Coldwell Banker, he achieved the Highest Sales award there as well, ranking in the top 1% of sales people worldwide. During his time as the Principal Broker for the Canyons Resort Realty, the brokerage closed over 300 condo sales at the Grand Summit Hotel under his watch.

As a native Utahn, Marc grew up with a deep love for the outdoors and spending time exploring the landscape and Wasatch Mountains near his home. During his years as a ski instructor from 1967 to 1970 at Park West, Marc developed a passion for skiing—a hobby he still enjoys today. Marc and his wife Tracy reside just outside Park City in the picturesque Heber Valley. He has five children and eight grandchildren, and loves spending time with his family. They enjoy cycling, hiking, fly fishing, playing golf, painting, and of course—skiing. Always active in his church and community, when he’s not working Marc is passionate about giving back to others.
