Kim has sold over $508 million of property since obtaining her real estate license in 1998, and has been the individual top producer at Monument Sotheby’s International Realty - Coastal Division each year since 2004. She is highly respected throughout the real estate community, on both a personal and professional level, and is able to utilize her depth of industry knowledge to provide unparalleled service and results for her clients.
Kim hails from the Wilmington area, graduating from the University of Delaware with a degree in Finance, followed by a successful career with MBNA America as Vice President of Sports Marketing. In 1998, she moved to the Delaware beaches and launched her successful real estate career, relying on her work ethic, professionalism, integrity and honest approach to earn her a legion of satisfied clients.
Kim is actively involved in the great Southern Delaware community and spends time assisting her husband, Jeff, in his popular Fins Hospitality Group and Big Oyster Brewery dining establishments throughout the area.

Ocean Atlantic Real Estate Agency of Rehoboth Beach,Delaware was founded in 1990 by Gene Lankford. With Justin Healy as Co-owner and Managing Broker, the agency has served Southern Delaware and the Delaware coast resort towns as one of the area's premier real estate companies having successfully generated over a billion dollars in sales over the years.
In order to better serve their customers and to offer their listing clients maximum exposure for their properties, Ocean Atlantic Agency decided to purchase the Southern Delaware Rights to Sotheby's International Realty from Brandywine Fine Properties in Centreville, Delaware. As of August 27, 2008, Ocean Atlantic Agency merged current operations and began operating as Ocean Atlantic Sotheby's International Realty.
The mission of Ocean Atlantic Sotheby's International Realty is to positively exceed the expectations of their customers by listening to their needs and having a true understanding of the local market. With the support of the Sotheby's International Realty brand and its global reach, Ocean Atlantic can open new doors of opportunities for their clients.
