Description
Shelley Shapiro is a consummate professional in the downtown Toronto real estate market with over forty years of transaction experience.
Her career began working part- time as a receptionist for a sales office at a waterfront condo building in Toronto. Shelley’s career path quickly accelerated when she was asked by her Sales Manager to show clients through the model suites. It was then that she fell in love with realty, acquired her license, and never looked back.
Shelley has pursued several opportunities to work in the new condominium field and was the lead salesperson for key landmark projects in Yorkville, midtown and the downtown core. Developers such as Minto, Cityzen and Diamante have relied on Shelley’s effective sales strategies to produce top results for her clients.
After 40 years in the business, she doesn’t view selling real estate as a job but a true life calling and a career she truly enjoys.
Shelley exhibits a masterful ability to recognize and understand the story a property tells within its neighborhood. She continues her successful marketing and sales of condominiums and homes specializing in the downtown core. Shelley has gained extensive knowledge of the sales landscape and has forged strong relationships with both buyers and sellers.
A current resident of the Toronto waterfront, Shelley is committed to several local charities including the ASPCA, Humane Society, Save the Children, and the Salvation Army.
