Description
Proudly Celebrating 10 Years at Sotheby’s International Realty Canada- Bradford (Brad) Payne has been on just about every side of a real estate transaction and has had the privilege of buying and selling homes locally across Toronto, York Region and the GTA. With an approach to real estate that is analytical, approachable and authentic, Brad’s experience has shown him that no two real estate transaction are the same. As such, Brad maintains that there is no such thing as “one size fits all” strategy. Brad prides himself on taking care of his clients needs in the same manner he would expect to be treated and stakes his reputation on the many repeat and referral clients that make him successful.
Uniquely Toronto-Having lived in many of Toronto’s unique neighbourhoods over the past 25 years, Brad has garnered an intimate knowledge of the character that makes Toronto a popular city for locals and international clients alike. From The Beach in the east to Etobicoke in the west Brad is Toronto proud!
York Region Expansion- After moving to Richmond Hill over a decade ago, Brad became a prominent name in the York Region market. Located at the northern border of Toronto, York Region is popular for (among many things) top ranked public schools, modern local facilities, access to state of the art healthcare and in some cases larger homes and larger lots. Brad has closed transactions in many of York Regions most prominent areas such as: Bayview Hill, South Richvale, Thornhill, Patterson, Mill Pond, Jefferson, Oak Ridges and Cachet, Old Markham to name but a few.
Local Knowledge With Global Reach- Brad leverages the unmatched brand prowess, marketing expertise and technical power of Sotheby’s International Realty Canada in his business every day. Brad has personally completed/participated/referred transactions outside of the GTA in The Bahamas, Taiwan, Shanghai, Vancouver, Burnaby, Kitchener, Waterloo, Cambridge, Guelph, North Dumfries, Chatham, Tobermory, Peterborough and on the picturesque Southern Shore of Newfoundland.
Commercial/Industrial – Brad, by utilizing his deep book of VIP clients has been able to work with some of Canada’s top companies in finding land, buildings, offices and suitable leases. Brad finds this sector very rewarding and enjoys the complexities each transaction presents.
The Power of Two- Brad’s success has not been a solo event. In-fact quite the opposite! His partner in life and in real estate-Wei (Annie) Zhong has been and is still immensely integral to everything Brad has achieved. Born in the super modern city of Shanghai, Annie obtained her real estate licensed even before Brad! Annie brings a myriad of specific skills that compliment Brad’s skills and with a keen eye for transactional detail, velvety communication/ negotiation skills and an astute design eye, Annie is a superstar in her own right.
Community- Brad is committed to participating in and supporting local events and sports within his community. Brad has been an OBA certified baseball coach at the AAA and Elite level for the East York Bulldogs playing out of Stan Wadlow Park. Brad is a committee member for the Toronto Region Real Estate Board’s Professional Hearing Roster. In 2023-24, Brad and Annie have donated over $15,000.00 to various local charities and sports teams.
