In 2017 to 2023 the SamplePowers Team expanded their brand working in the Hamptons, Miami and Palm Beach for their clients. In May 2019, they sold at 1010 Park Avenue 3-4 for $24.75M. They were responsible for the sale of The Plaza Hotel's residential PH-2003 for $29M in March 2019 and PH-2009 for $32.7M in 2017. The sale of PH-2003 was the highest dollar per square foot ever achieved in the building. Additionally, in November 2018, they closed on 432 Park Avenue upper floor B line for $29M. In January 2019, they closed on Apt 75CE at 80 Columbus Circle Residences representing both sides. They were also responsible for the highest sale ever at the Residences at The Mandarin Oriental New York, PH-77B closed for a record $38.9M or $8062 per square foot.
