Nina Horn’s passion for real estate is helping people achieve their goals, whatever they may be. Her family life has profoundly influenced the way she works with clients, and she is delighted to do so in one of the most beautiful parts of God’s creation.
Born in Dallas, Texas, and raised in Mississippi, Nina grew up surrounded by her builder and developer father's entrepreneurial spirit. This early exposure to the building industry left a lasting impression, shaping her career path.
While raising her two sons, Trip and Chris, in Jackson, Mississippi, Nina became deeply involved in the building industry. She made history as the first female elected to the Homebuilders Association’s board of directors and had the opportunity to build Mississippi Magazine’s premiere home in 1992. Alongside building high-end residential homes, Nina was actively involved in marketing and sales.
In 2001, Nina relocated to Seagrove Beach along the Emerald Coast, expanding her horizons in the growing market of WaterColor. She spent her initial years in the area working as a builder for St. Joe in their WaterColor and WaterSound developments. Of the more than 100 homes she has helped build, half are located in these prestigious communities. In 2014, she was appointed to the planning and zoning board in Walton County.
While building homes brought rewards, Nina found true fulfillment in using her expertise to help clients make informed decisions when buying and selling property, regardless of the price range. Since 2013, she has served on the board of the Emerald Coast Association of REALTORS® and has played a role in shaping public policy through her involvement with the REALTOR® political action committee. Through the 6,400-member ECAR, she was also named “Realtor of the Year” in 2016 and served on different committees until she was elected as the organization’s president in 2019. That distinction allowed her to attend the Florida Realtors Convention & Trade Expo and the National Association of REALTORS® board of directors’ meetings.
Living and working along the emerald-green Gulf of Mexico with its sugar-white sand is a privilege Nina cherishes. She welcomes the opportunity to work with clients and promises to dedicate the same level of commitment and care she offers to all her customers.
