David has brokered several significant waterfront sales including the top 3 residential sales in Rhode Island: “Clarendon Court” for 30 million dollars, “Miramar” for 27 million dollars, and “Beacon Rock” for 23 million dollars. In 2021 David was the top grossing agent in Newport County with over 100 million dollars in total sales volume. He specializes in large estate-style properties, waterfront, historic properties, commercial properties, and investment properties. David's recent sales have included mansions, small residences, hotels, car dealerships, offices, investments, raw land, and more.
