Seth Marcus is an accomplished real estate professional who’s served the Salt Lake City and Park City residential markets of Utah for over 16 years. Although originally born in Ohio, Seth’s family moved to Utah when he was toddler; he was raised in Olympus Cove and grew up exploring the foothills and mountains of the Wasatch Front. Today, Seth considers himself a proud Utah ‘native’ of his adopted home state. Since the early 1980’s, he’s witnessed firsthand both the highs and lows of Utah’s real estate marketplace. Now boasting 16+ years of professional experience navigating Utah’s many diverse markets, Seth has cultivated a wealth of local connections. His deep knowledge and intimate familiarity with the Salt Lake and Park City-areas and their unique lifestyles pays huge dividends for his clients.

When not helping his clients achieve their real estate goals, Seth is a lover of live music and concerts. He enjoys spending time outside being active with his family—golfing, snowboarding, and skiing in Utah’s mountains. He also enjoys traveling and spending quality time with his wife and grown daughter, and doting on his grandson whenever possible.
