Franklin is a native and lifelong resident of Raleigh, North Carolina. He attended Needham Broughton High School and then graduated from North Carolina State University. He started with Hodge and Kittrell right after graduating in 2011, which was a time when most people were fleeing the real estate industry. Franklin resides in Raleigh with his wife, Lauren, and their dog, Ray. In his free time he enjoys playing golf, traveling with his wife, entertaining and cooking for friends. Franklin and Lauren, much to her dismay, are currently doing their third full home renovation, but she insists this will be their last move for a while.
