Cindy has been a Block Island resident since 1976 and began her career in real estate in 1977. Her agency, centrally located in the heart of Old Harbor, is the Island's oldest, largest and most experienced firm. For her efforts, islanders recognized her by awarding her the town's Bayberry Wreath Award in 1993. Her work was also nationally recognized, and Cindy was awarded the Times Chevron Conservation Award in 1994. Currently, she has been using her knowledge and expertise of the Block Island market to create affordable housing opportunities for local residents. She is a founding member and current chair of the Block Island Housing Board.
