Born and raised in Los Angeles, Adrienne first fell in love with Santa Fe and its many charms while attending St. John's College in the late 1980s. After a decade stint in San Francisco and earning her MFA in creative writing at the University of San Francisco, Adrienne permanently made Santa Fe her home in 2003.
Adrienne has been immersed in the Santa Fe real estate scene for over 20 years exclusively with Sotheby's International Realty, first serving on the staff as an Office Administrator, then transitioning into selling real estate in 2016. Since pivoting, Adrienne has helped hundreds of buyers and sellers successfully transact in the residential, commercial, and vacant land sectors in all price ranges. Her clientele ranges from first-time home buyers to investors, luxury high net-worth individuals, out of town buyers and sellers, and everyone in between.
Known for her exceptional attention to detail and stellar written and verbal communication skills, Adrienne brings an outstanding level of service and integrity to her clients and strives to make the buying and selling process as smooth and graceful as possible. A licensed New Mexico Real Estate Broker since 2005, Adrienne is a member of the National Association of Realtors, the Santa Fe Association of Realtors, and the Santa Fe Chamber of Commerce. In 2024, Adrienne earned her Santa Fe Specialist designation, a 30-hour course of study in what makes Santa Fe unique as it applies to practicing real estate in the City Different, as well as its vibrant history, culture, and arts. She also holds designations as an Accredited Buyer Representative, a Seller Representative Specialist, a Seniors Real Estate Specialist, and a Real Estate Negotiation Expert.
